Beulah Park
Architectural design for one home in Grove City's Beulah Park, with construction documents for contractor-supplied designs on several neighboring houses.

The project
Within a six-home development in Grove City, Ohio, Arcfluence designed one house in full and prepared construction documents for contractor-supplied designs on several neighboring houses.
One house designed from the plan up
Arcfluence's architectural design covered the whole house, from its floor plan to its exterior. That scope was distinct from the firm's documentation work elsewhere in the development.
One house here is Arcfluence’s design.
The others arrived as the contractor’s plans.
Construction documents for contractor designs
For several of the neighboring houses, the designs arrived from the contractor already set. Arcfluence's work there was documentation: turning those decisions into the drawings needed to approve and build each house.
