Walgreens Interior Repair
An interior repair at a Walgreens in Columbus, Ohio, rebuilding restrooms damaged by a vehicle so they could return to service.

The project
After a vehicle struck the rear of a Walgreens in Columbus, Arcfluence drew a repair that rebuilt the damaged restrooms to match existing conditions. The store needed them back right away, and the firm made the job a priority.
Rebuilding restrooms to existing conditions
The damage reached the store's restrooms. The scope was deliberately narrow: document the existing conditions of the damaged area, rebuild it as it was, and return the restrooms to service. A repair was not an occasion for a redesign. New work had to blend into the original construction, so the finished rooms read as part of the store rather than a patch.
Repair work inside an operating store
The store stayed occupied, so the drawings had to support work that fit around its operation, and the rebuilt rooms had to slot back into the existing plan.
Fast response for a commercial client
Not every project is a design story. Some clients need an architect who will respond quickly, get the documents right, and get a space back into use. Arcfluence takes on repair work like this for commercial clients alongside new design.
